PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA (January 1, 2019) It is being reported by the 247Sports website that Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has requested a trade. Issues arose this past week with Brown and unnamed members of the Steelers; resulting with him throwing a ball at the feet of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. According to Jason La Canfora of ABC Sports, the request was not a firm demand. It has been noted that he has issues with Roethlisberger and head coach MIke Tomlin.
Antonio Brown has requested a trade. Im told it was not a demand but he has asked to be dealt. Very unlikely Rooney would capitulate. Brown has issues with Mike Tomlin and Ben Roethlisberger. Feels like the coach is too aligned with the QB.
