SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (November 24, 2019) Bethune-Cookman came from behind to down St. Francis-Illinois by the score of 74-70 in the first game of the third day of the University of Incarnate Word Basketball Tournament, sponsored by Denny's.
Earlier in the tournament, the Wildcats downed Incarnate Word 83-58 on Friday, November 22 and Eastern Illinois 66-63 on Saturday, November 23. to finish the tournament with a 3-0 record. The Fighting Saints dropped both their Friday and Saturday games. On Friday, they lost to Eastern Illinois 87-47. Saturday, they fell to Incarnate Word by the score of 68-44.
