Horse Racing is still being contested in USA during pandemic shutdown.

PASADENA, TEXAS (April 4, 2020) With the lack of sports being played or opportunistic for fans to observe said sports, many people are feeling a loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, all is not lost. There are a few events that are being contested around the United States, without fans in attendance. Horse racing is continuing at selected race tracks in the United States with on-line gambling allowed.

Tampa Bay Downs (Tampa, Florida) has eight races scheduled for today (Saturday, April 4), while Remington Park (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is also racing today, with two races on tap. Los Alamitos Race Course  (Los Alamitos, California) eight races scheduled, beginning at 8 p.m. Gulfstream Park (Hallandale Beach, Florida) has a schedule of six races for today,

In addition, the Randox Health Grand National Handicap Chase (Grade 3) is being held today at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool England.
